All pest control businesses, advisors, pilots, and farm labor contractors that perform work in Santa Clara County must register with our office prior to operating.

All registrations must be done online and can be found on your CalAgPermits page. If you do not have a log-in, please contact our office at [email protected].

Fees:

Agricultural Pest Control ($50) & Maintenance Gardeners ($25)
Branch 1 ($25)
Branch 2 / 3 ($10)
PCA($10 for in-county, $5 for out of county)
Pilot ($10 for in-county, $5 for out of county)
Farm Labor Contractors ($25)
